mp3tomidi.art provides an AI-powered audio-to-MIDI conversion tool. The Service:

• Analyzes audio waveform data from an uploaded MP3 file using client-side processing
• Generates MIDI note data based on audio frequency and timing analysis
• Produces a detailed MIDI file with notes, timing, and velocity information

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a professional cosmetic consultation, and does not represent objective beauty truth.

3. Not Medical or Professional Advice

The analysis, scores, and suggestions provided by the Service are generated by automated AI algorithms and do not constitute professional music production advice. The results reflect algorithmic estimates of audio characteristics, not definitive musical transcriptions. You should not make critical music production decisions solely based on the output of this Service. Always verify MIDI output against your musical requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to upload the audio file you submit. You either own the audio file, have the necessary rights to use it, or are uploading your own original audio.
• You confirm that the audio content you upload does not contain unauthorized copyrighted material or content that violates any third-party rights.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of unauthorized content, or any form of abuse.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any security features of the Service.
• You understand that AI-generated results are estimates and may vary based on audio quality, format, recording conditions, and other factors.

5. Payment and Pricing

The Service offers a one-time full report for $9.99 USD, processed securely through Stripe Checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the displayed amount via your chosen payment method through Stripe. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your credit card or payment credentials on our servers.

6. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@mp3tomidi.art within 14 days of your purchase. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and branding of the Service are the intellectual property of mp3tomidi.art and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the audio files you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded audio file solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report. This license terminates when your data is deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mp3tomidi.art and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $9.99, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis results are accurate, complete, or reliable. AI-generated scores and suggestions are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and may vary based on audio quality, recording conditions, and other factors outside our control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mp3tomidi.art and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law
